"Bake and Serve"
We recommend thawing before cooking. Pre-heat your to 450 degrees.
Chicken Parm: Bake on the center rack for 30 min covered. Uncover and cook for an additional 10-15 min. Internal temp should be 165ºF.
Ravioli: Bake on the center rack for 20 min covered.. Uncover and cook for an additional 5-10 min. Internal temp should be 145ºF.
Cajun Fish: Bake on the center rack for 20-25 min covered. Internal temp should be 145ºF. The gravy should be heated on the stove top over med-low heat, stirring constantly for 5-10min.
Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
Lightly grease a baking pan with cooking spray or a brush of oil.
Place frozen or fish cakes on the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned, sizzling, and cooked through. Internal temperature should be 165ºF.

in a large pot with a steamer basket add 1 12oz can of beer + 1 12oz can of water
turn to high heat and bring to a rapid boil
add steamer pot ingredients and cover with a tight fitting lid
boil for 10 minutes or until internal temp is 145°F

Sear sea bass 1 minute per side then place in the oven for 8 minutes.
